Our Mission
At KPA, our mission is to cultivate long lasting client relationships while delivering unparalleled quality in every project we undertake. Guided by a philosophy of craftsmanship and attention to detail, we prioritize the unique vision and needs of each client above all else. Our main focus is personalized service, and we strive to exceed expectations at every turn.
Our Process
At KPA, every project receives one on one direct interaction with the owner all the way from the initial meeting to completed permit ready construction plans. We strive to offer a very boutique design experience for our clients to bring their visions to life. We incorporate photo quality 3D renderings into every project to help our clients visualize their designs.
Our Founder
KPA was founded by Kevin Paver in the wake of a long career in architectural drafting and home design for high-end custom builders in the Southwest Florida region. A Chicago native, Kevin learned architectural drafting and AutoCAD as an elective in high school before pursuing an education as a nuclear engineer for the U.S. Navy. After completing his tour, Kevin re-located to Southwest Florida where he began working as an architectural drafter for prominent builders in the area.
Since that time Kevin has advanced to designing projects on his own for more than 10 years, during which time he studied under top architects in the business and was accepted into the American Institute of Building Design’s Certified Professional Building Designer program while working full time as a custom home designer.
With the blessing of his mentors, he branched off on his own in a freelance capacity at the start of the pandemic in 2020, and by the end of the year, formed KPA in his own right. To date, Kevin has designed hundreds of high-end residences and developed numerous re-models for homeowners across southwest Florida.
